Additional Services
Loan Signing: $100 per signing
Includes coordination and preparation time
Up to 1 hour of service time
Travel Fee:
Within Dallas City Limits: Free
Dallas Metropolitan Area (up to 15 miles from Downtown Dallas): $25
Extended Dallas Area (16-50 miles from Downtown Dallas): $50
After-Hours Service (8 PM - 8 AM): Additional $25
Applies to all services
Weekend/Holiday Service: Additional $50
Applies to all services
Rush Service (within 2 hours of request): Additional $75
Subject to availability
Waiting Time: $25 per 30 minutes
Applies after the first 15 minutes of waiting
Important Notes
The fees for notarial acts (items 1-6) are set by Texas law and cannot be exceeded.
Additional service fees (items 7-12) are for the mobile service, convenience, and time, not for the notarial acts themselves.
We cannot charge for the notary's signature or for the use of the notary seal.
Notarial Acts (As per Texas Government Code §406.024)
For each acknowledgment or proof of a deed or other written instrument, $10
For administering an oath or affirmation with certificate and seal: $10
For a certificate under seal not otherwise provided for: $10
For a copy of a record or paper in the notary public's office: $0.50 per page
For taking the deposition of a witness: $0.50 per 100 words
For swearing a witness to a deposition, certificate, seal, and other business connected with taking the deposition: $10

Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance
50% refund if cancelled between 24 and 2 hours in advance
No refund for cancellations less than 2 hours in advance or no-shows
